Power of Attorney

This service provides a Durable Power of Attorney that allows the person you designate, to have signing power in all matters.  It also provides for a person to be designated as your guardian in the event that it becomes necessary for any Court to appoint a guardian for your property, or person, in the event of disability or incapacity.  

To use this service, please complete the Contract and Questionnaire using the link below and make payment, or request an invoice by email at martinparalegalservice@yahoo.com if you don’t have PayPal.  Your documents will be delivered to the email address provided within 1-5 days.  If there will be a delay in your documents being completed, I will contact you.
