This service provides a Durable Power of Attorney that allows the person you designate, to have signing power in all matters. It also provides for a person to be designated as your guardian in the event that it becomes necessary for any Court to appoint a guardian for your property, or person, in the event of disability or incapacity.
To use this service, please complete the Contract and Questionnaire using the link below. Once I receive the questionnaire, I will send you an invoice by email from PayPal. If you don’t have PayPal, there is a link for that on the invoice and you can pay with any major credit card. I also accept payment via CashApp. Once I receive payment, your documents will be delivered to the email address provided within 1-5 days. If there will be a delay in your documents being completed, I will contact you.
